I got those barbed fittings at home depot, in the plumbing dept. And then bought some new hose in the same dept. Something a bit longer yet still clear so I can see what's coming out.

Hi GasMan ... the first pic of the this thread. In the middle of the scavanger has a bolt coming out of it ... at least that's what it looks like ... just wondering ... FYI ... surf was up to 50 feet on the north shore of Hawaii ... fun to watch ...

There is a bolt in the top hole (aka one of the other outer holes) that came on the unit from Rogue. I did put an additional barb and hose on the middle hole because it always seem to piss out a bit and make a mess.

I would like to get a clear understanding on this as well. How do you do it without the scavanger and without a Big mess?

Gas Man, I just purchased the scavenger unit, I went to find a piece of pipe for the center hole but could not find anything to fit . I am not shure how you hooked up the hose to the center hole. Any information you could give me to help me out would be gratefully appreciated. Thank You. Bob
