Total Production Numbers

Did Big Dog release total production Numbers each year for each model?

Curious to know how many are out there......

I would not have guessed 30K (i'd have guessed fewer)! That averages about 2K/year for the 15-ish years or about 8 a day were produced....

For the first several years they were building less than one bike a day. When I hired on in 1998, 20 bikes a month was a goal they had a heck of a time attaining. At their peak, they were cranking out 25 units a day. (for a minute) That would have been around 2006-2008, before they started decreasing production towards the end. http://cajonesvtwin.com

I think total production was about 28,000 bikes. There is an older thread on here somewhere showing the actual numbers by model.
