No you are not alone, that's why I commented. When I first talked to him he didn't really want to take another order because he said he was at least 7 months behind and I would have to wait on those ahead of me. I said I would wait because that's what I wanted if he would still do it. Of course no one thought it would take this long.

I know it is a tough topic, but the revival of it has helped me vent and see I am not the only one in this position.

Thanks for the sympathy and advice. I may have to do the lawyer route or shut up and accept he is a crook.
Forget the lawyer! It will end up costing you more for that than the $1500 loss from Sugarbear. Visit him and talk it out. In NJ you can go to small claims court and have a judge sort it out. But who knows what California can do for you? After all you can walk in a store and steal up to $900 in goods with no ramifications :D
