Its definitely a K9 because it has a 300 rear tire. I'm going to guess it's a 2006. That was the first year of the K9. The engine code starts with a "F", which means it was made in 2005. That could just be the delay between S&S making the engine block and it being installed in a new 2006 K9. In 05 and 06, BDM assembled their own S&S engines in the plant, instead of pre-assembled S&S engines. There is an interesting note here. In 05 and 06, BDM used TP rocker boxes, which are known to cause valve guide wear occasionally. The owner of this bike had the rocker boxes changed to S&S boxes. That is a good thing. The engine is a 117, with a Baker 6-speed transmission. As far as price, that will depend a lot on mileage. Once cleaned up, it could be a very nice find.
