No doubt Vegas. My problem was that back in January, I had my Harley, boat, toys and tools all burn up when the barn caught on fire. I still have not replaced my air compressor. It's high on the list though. Every time I go to work on something, I'm buying tools again to do it. I have the basics now, and I'll have the rest in a year or two.
I have the red stripe springs in my heads, so I think I'm ok with those for the 600 cam.

Root Cause for no compression
The verdict is in! Even though there was no visible damage to the top of the piston, the exhaust valve obviously made contact with it after the bolt lodged beside the spring and bent the valve. Getting another put in. In the mean time, I put in a 600 cam. The only thing the instructions/manual didn't state was that you need a slide hammer to pull the cam cover. Other than that, it was pretty straight forward. I did get some help from the forum and I appreciate it to the fullest. Never would have tried changing it out without your support. Thanks!
