Hello, Someone can help me?

Yesterday I ran out of battery on my Big Dog K9 and boot with wires connected to a car,

Was all night after charging the battery charger connected to the house,

but this morning I turned on the ignition and checked that the battery is charged

I give the key and not on.

That can happen?

Excuse my English please help

It sounds like either your charger didn't charge the battery, or the battery didn't take the charge. Check the output of the charger and measure the voltage of the battery. If you use a volt/ohm meter that would be the way to measure.

If what you are saying is that you have a dead battery. Then get another battery. I use the Harley Davidison AGM battery. Now, do not jump start these motorcycles unless you really have to and then only with the other vehicles motot not running. Do not use a regular battery charger either, only use a battery maintainer, trickle charge. Hope this answers your question.

Thank you very much and my apologies for the language,

the battery is charged,

but no power to the ignition

check all the connections at the battery for tightness and cleanness. if that doesn't work then try a new battery. when you connected to the car battery, you may have damaged the EHC. turn the key on with the seat off the bike and tell us what lights you see on the EHC (the little box beside the battery with all the little lights on it). the "charger" you need is known and a battery tender.

I keep mine on a battery tender during the winter months. The tender showed it was charged but it wouldn't start the bike. Had it tested under a load and it drained it.

Buy a new battery...

If your bike is a 2007 with the original battery, I would change it.
What they said.

You may have blown the fuse or tripped the circuit breaker when you attempted to jump it with a car

I will tell you if the engine starts,

With the new battery still no sign

I called the tow truck and taken the bike to the nearest dealer that more than 200 miles from where I live.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

and thank you very much for the tips.

Like Ray said above check the 40A circuit breaker and make sure you didn't trip it with the car start. Little plastic plunger type switch attached to the battery cage. Good Luck.:2thumbs:
