Its just a tube, if you would turn the tranny upside down it will just run out. Did you over fill the tranny?

That seal is preventing fluid from crossing over???
If the seal is bad it would pass primary oil into the transmission and just blow it all the out the vent. Oil should NOT pass between primary and trans

Step 1 drain your transmission and see how many ounces of fluid come out.

That's the only other place for oil to come from If you didn't over fill the gear box.
32oz in the primary., been watching these levels cause a few weeks ago tans fluid was low, like 8oz is all that came out. So Ive been measuring. Can transmission fluid transfer to the primary?? If the seal is leaking. Or just the one direction primary fluid to the transmission??

Could go both ways of seal is bad.

Really if seal is bad when bike is parked it will flow into the primary because it's leaning that way on the kickstand. Then Once you start riding it the primary is overfilled so it pushes it back into the trans and blows it out the vent.

If Seal is bad What you would notice when you drain the trans is that the fluid is not thick trans fluid since its mixed with primary

Tranny shaft bearings

Also blow out the vent on the back side of the primary. If your building pressure in the primary, it will push it into the trans.
I thought about that with the tranny vent, air Compressor. Remove the dip stick and cover the hole with a towel and push air I to the tranny vent hole...... Thanks for the help..

Main shaft movement is difficult to detect.

To do it properly, you really need to loosen the primary chain and final drive belt tension to unload the main shaft.

if you have any movement at all, in/out, up/down, the bearings need replaced , the shaft movement will eat up the seals.
