I have a 2006 Mastiff with lots of mods. The rear tire (a 240) I know it’s another mod it should be a 250, is too close to the right side fender, the tire has been in contact with the turn signal bolt (another mod. I have removed the fender/struts, corrected some wiring issues. I was just going to put new turn signals back on with lower profile attaching hardware. Up on the stand I can see the drive belt rides too far too the righ and sounds and looks like it’s actually rubbing inside the belt guard/ball ramp cover. I will post some picks to get some input BEFORE I remove the wheel and or swing arm. The bike has zero rear suspension movement when I lift the bike, and rides like a hard tail. The damaged part is shown and appears to be part of swing arm pivot/frame, but I have no idea how the damage occurred, I bought the bike this way. I do have a manual, but because so many parts have been replaced, it only goes so far. The forks are not original, the handlebars look like they came off of an earlier big dog, but they were not factory for this bike, the controls left and right Have also been replaced with what appears to be Harley switches, clutch lever, brake lever, ECM is a Thunderheart. I am Getting a big education, or trial by fire. The bike runs well but I’m not going to ride it anymore until I get it all sorted out. I appreciate any input.
