yyes the plugs are clean and tight . The voltage to the switch is good .man what am I missing...........
Red EHC comes on? You mean the ignition module light?Nothing lights up at all at first after you walk away for a couple of minutes everything turns on just like normal. The red ehc comes on ready to start all tach and running lights just like normal. The bike starts fine like nothing happened but it has stumbled at idle and lights cut out for a moment. But when you shut off the key you have to go through the same thing again no power until Spike want's to play again. Maybe scared when I booked Sturges Idont know.
Right. You have to do a load test. Not just a standing voltage test.Dumb question, have you checked the battery?
Load test ?
I know you are taking it to some heavy hitters!Nothing lights up at all at first after you walk away for a couple of minutes everything turns on just like normal. When i bought my blue bike in 2011 that what was doing it to mine was the headlight harness...it was causing all kind of issues...i like to drove myself crazy trying to figure it out...hope this is ur case super easy fixYour right Paul. Sometimes we forget about those little things like that. Melted headlight plug will definitely cause that problem.
