Looks like I broke down and pickin' up a set of these.I Just ordered them. I'll keep you all in the loop once installed. I think they'll go well with my velocity stack.

Martin Bros. Daisy Cutters

CAVRACER - do you still have your martin bros daisy cutters. i just got them put on my 07 mastiff. did you have to get the frame touched up where the original bracket was mounted to hold the stock pipes? also, were you able to find chrome (i presume) bolts to put in the holes that are now visible/

Mine are just same ol V&H Big Radius. I would love to go with a shorter set, as these dont allow my passenger pegs, bug I love the sound of them and I think the shorter ones would steal a ton of power and torque due to way less back pressure...

All you guys with the shorter pipes, how did it affect the power band?? ANy dead spots or flat spots at mid rpm's??

Redrider, I have the Jaffe's and they rob the torque. I'm getting like 104hp and 108 lbs of torque on the dyno. Here's a pic

I have no hesistation due to the XXX and she runs really strong.

Street Walker RPJeez - mud splats now gone!
Lee, do you have any issues with the police in your area of England with regards to exhaust noise? I have a friend in Manchester who has a Harley Fatboy, and had to change his exhaust due to the noise restrictions.
