My EZ-Pull arrived and I saw it at the dealer today.
It is a clutch pack.

Waiting for new speedo to arrive and hope to have them both in this week before Thanksgiving.

rode by the dealership today to shoot the shit, and they said my easy clutch was in. they showed it to me, and it seemed like there were about 8 plates in the package. its was $219.00, like Nelson said. they charge a flat 2 1/2 hour labor charge to install it. cant get it installed until the tuesday after thanksgiving. I wish I would have bought it from Nelson.

Was just told by BDM that the easy pull clutch would be available "Shortly".

Now what that means .... your guess is as good as mine. They took 60 days to fix the backlog on the sissy bars.

nelson, just so I will know for future purchases, with the shipping included, how much would you charge me for the easy clutch? I live in Oklahoma city.

Nelson...have what I think is a sticking clutch plate so was getting ready to pull apart but this sounds like a perfect solution to both my bad plate and hard clutch pull (Im wore out at 55!) Let us know when you can get this part for us...Im new on forum but sure seems you are on top of your game and I believe in supporting good folk!

slowrower: According to the local BDM Servce Manager it's a 30-60 min job in the shop ... he said leaning towards 30. Never did one of these so I can't tell you on the actual PITA factor (Pain In The Ass)

MemphisChopper: Thanks bud ! I'll let everyone know when they're available again. I think there are a few forum members looking on these as well.

Don't feel bad, I have no "rep" either. Soon it will be an "in" thing to be "repless" and we'll be cool! :loony:

Im all over that, LOL

My clutch is great dont need an easy pull here.
My harley had an easy pull I cant really feel any diffrence. But I squeeze bricks all year.

I read on the other thread that the Easy Pull Clutch's problems have been worked out. can you guys get specific as to what the problem was? also, my easy clutch has been waiting on me at the dealership for about a month now, and was wondering was it a hardware problem or an installation problem? was wondering if I should tell them to send my clutch back for a new one, if it was a hardware or design problem. a guy at my dealership said he was going to call big dog to see what the possible problem was. can you tell me who you talked to at big dog? if you dont want to post it, can you pm me his name. I just dont need anymore problems right now, but I really want the easy clutch, but will wait if there's a problem. peace ya'll

Rowdy - Hang in there buddy - I'll get to the bottom of this today. I called the shop yesterday and the parts mgr and the tech working on my bike both called in sick - they must have gone out and tied one on. Anyway, I'll get on it today and post the outcome -
