Carlos, you never seem to amaze with your help to the members here. Thank you for all that. You are in Luck Raywood, I replaced my TP top end with the S&S and have mine laying around collecting dust along with a pile of other used parts. I don't have the Rocker boxes, but I have the roller rockers and shafts. I also have the stock lifters, lifter blocks and cam, all came out of my 2006 Mastiff (117) this parts only have about 1500 miles on them, just about broken in and ready for some long hauls. If they fit and you can use them let me know and they are yours. I also have the stock heads, which also have about 1500 miles on them. Let me know on the other parts and they are yours. The heads I would let go for $200 shipped, they have the red stripe springs. I don't need any money up front your credit is good with me Bro.

You got it Ray, with all them miles on you bike, I think it would be a good idea to change out the lifters, lifter blocks and and rockers just for good measure, and while your there might as well change out the cam too, I think the stock one I have is the 546 or something like that. I had a 600, but LDO beat you to it . Let me know and I'll get the stuff out to you. If you need the heads, don't worry about the cash, you can spot me the cash whenever, next year will be ok with me as long as you don't forget :roll:Carlos, you never seem to amaze with your help to the members here. I will pull my lifter blocks tomorrow morning and measure the lifters and wear on the blocks. S&S manual states .0022 wear or something like that. If mine are worn beyond that then I'll take you up on the offer for the blocks and lifters. Money is tight now that I'm unemployed and living off my retirement check (that all goes to mortgage!). Nothing looking out of place so far so don't know yet what the issue is with the motor.
Thanks again,
Ray

Thanks, I'm headed that way. I do have Snap-on wrench's and yes I can fit the box end on the two outside bolts but can't get to the two inner ones.Just to get you by for today, a closed end wrench is 12 point. Not sure you have room. Sears also sells individual sockets.

Ray, after you get the scoot running could you post up the PDF file from TP for those of us with the TP boxes.I haven't pulled the pushrods yet. I did get a .pdf file from TP on proper dis-asembly and re-assembly of the rockers. I'm leaning to a lifter also. My S&S manual says replacement every 20,000 - 25,000 miles and I'm at about 65,000 now and this is the first time the motor has been opened up.
Looks like my issue now is I'm going to have to take my lifter blocks down and have them measured for the replacement lifters. The tolerance is something like .0022 so I would imangine I would exceed that and have to get oversized lifters. Can't afford to do the whole top-end yet so will wait till the snow comes then send the stuff of to be done.
I'll do a "how-to" when I'm done as I've been taking lots of pictures and I have the TP files now that I can print out and put in my manual.
Thanks guys,
Ray
