Thank you PurpleDog, appreciate it. I actually have some close up pics of a K-9 with the same setup, with some pics of the fender mounting. This K-9 pictured is at the dealership. Let me know if these work.Yep, that looks bad ass for sure.....nice job with that. I like the fender choice too; would you mind some close ups of that mounting setup? Any real issues with getting it mounted right? Looks great man.:2thumbs:
I didn't do the work, the dealer did it. They have a done a number of these, so I don't think any issues for them. One thing they did say is that they use beefier fender brackets than the stock ones that came with the bike.

Second, I can't believe you put on that same fancy POS caliper bracket, don't you remember what happen to Al?

3rd... I hope if you don't change it you don't end up with the same problem. There is a reason why every other springer in the world has the standard adjustable heim joint style caliper stay.

I agree. Heim joints are a better design for the up and down movement without stressing the bolt like a through hole or bushing. That's also why they're used on your shift linkage as well.Moe... first off, bike looks great.
