Then while trying to find out why no spark and head light I hear sizzling fried another ehc.

Something shorted outside of the EHC, like the headlight? Have you pulled that apart yet?

Replaced the socket with a porcelain one and new bulb last month.

Hand controls? Ker suggested I cover them with Saran Wrap. Another buddy said he installed a capacitor because all the juice goes thru the starter switch.

I assume he meant cover them if your out in the rain?

Starter button doesn't have all the juice just 5v actually. The button sends the signal to computer to fire the starter.

Starter switch only supplies the green wire on the starter thru the EHC to activate the solenoid

He did have the plug melt down a little while ago, that's 3 people in the last 1-2 months that have melted the headlight plug, WTF
