brake lights

Brake lights suddenly stopped working. Was thinking it was a brake switch but when neither front or rear work, hard to imagine both switches going out at the same time. Any ideas where to look for the issue?

Rear brake switch on the rear caliper is probably bad...could be a broke wire on it also.. does the running lights work?

Running lights and signal lights work. If it is the rear brake switch, why would the front brake not still work?

Signal comes from the front and rear brakes go to the rear brake switch to make the brake lights come on

Does it have stock EHC?

No. Replaced it a few years ago with Dead One Custons EHC.

Just use a multimeter to check the switch.
You could also short the wires together if you trace it back to the jst connector.
Do turn signals still work? Check the bulbs/leds.
