If you can't get them from your local Big Dog dealer, I can machine a set for you. Probably lookin around 25.00 shipped. I machined mine out because you will never have a need to go back to stock. All they do is allow for more air flow.
Hello sir please call me im in need of a set of spacers 6183140044

You should do this. The hole in the restrictor is about 1.125" and the hole in the manifold is about 1.75". It only took me 20 minutes to get them out, 15 minutes to machine them, and 15 minutes to get it all back together. You will love the difference.

And a added bonus-my pipes are louder!
Can you tell me best price where I can find one of these super E carbs? I have an 05 Bulldog and it’s a turd…also where can I get the spacer? Tia

If you have an '05, it should already have the E carb if it's original. The best thing to do is pull the carb, manifold, and restrictor plates. Replace it with a G manifold and carb. Sell the E carb to offset the cost.

Yea it’s an E, so I need a G? Where’s the best place to buy one
Just anywhere. Any motorcycle parts store, ebay, Amazon, etc. You will also need the G manifold size 410. S&S number 16-2528. You will also need the seals and insulator block. The seals are #16-0235. Not sure about the block. Measure the thickness of your current one and get the same for the G manifold.
